Bekel A.S. produces condensers for refrigerators. With this capability
range and comparative low cost advantage, BEKEL A.S. can offer optimized
solutions according to customer requirements. Condensers for table
top, single door, two door and frost-free refrigerators are manufactured
in shapes of wall type, base type, single layer, double layer and coil.
Bekel A.S. uses raw materials according to EU norms. The single-wall tubes
are sourced from world’s leading producers like Bundy / Italy and
Indiana Tubing A.S. / Denmark. According to the customers choice, the
double-wall tubes from Bant Boru A.S. / Turkey are
also being used in our Akzo Nobel / Italy. In the production process,
fully automated welding machines from Schlatter
/ Switzerland, GE / USA and 
CEA
/ Italy are employed. Condensers with bending radius dimensions between
020 and 060 can be
processed. Special & precise tooling is
utilized for different applications. Continuous tunnel kiln with surface
pretreatment is used for immersed
painting (water based). The leaked tests are done for every condenser.
Condensers are
delivered with
brackets and other accessories mounted. The production system design and
manufacturing are within the scope of activities
and special tooling is provided
by
the group company, Makel A.S. , utilizing process capability requirements.
